Note that the plate is NOT included but easily clips into place to be interchanged with other plates as needed. Please see the Compatible Items below for matching engraved medical alert plates.

These bracelets are available in sizes between 5 and 8 inches. Remember to add the length of the bracelet to the length of the engraving plates to achieve the total length needed. (ex: 5.5″ bracelet with a 2″ plate gives you a 7.5″ bracelet.)
