Description

Our newest product, The Elite II USB Medical Alert ID Bracelet, sets new standards when one envisions the features and looks of a medical alert bracelet.  Take a moment to appreciate the contemporary design unlike no other in the industry.

The hypoallergenic super soft silicone medical ID bracelet ensures a comfortable fit while enhancing your style and adds a fashionable approach to otherwise typical medical alert products. This bracelet, and the USB, are both fully waterproof and can be worn in any circumstance you would like.

The bracelet includes a 2GB medical alert USB.  The 2GB USB has a more than ample flash memory, is compatible for use with either Windows or Macintosh computers, and stores neatly behind the face of the bracelet. Download your critical medical information such as your medical records, living will, a medical journal, medical directives and much more onto the USB medical ID!

The Star of Life medical alert symbol is subtle yet is easily recognized worldwide to make it known of an existing medical condition.  The instructions, SEE BACK FOR MED INFO, surround the symbol on the face of the bracelet for added assurance that while your USB is tucked away, it is not overlooked.

For those needing room for additional medical information, the pocket is designed to hold a custom engraved acrylic plate (sold separately) when stacked with the USB.  The plate can be engraved with up to 10 lines, and 15 characters each, of your most critical medical information making this information available at a glance in any emergency.

The Elite II USB Medical Alert ID Bracelet is designed to fit all sizes of wrists between 5.5 and 8.5 inches and any excess band is held down by the movable band restraint.  If you prefer, the excess band can be easily cut by simply following along the curved score marks on the underside. The clasp is made of a polished stainless steel and is typical of many belt and watch buckles commonly in use.

Each purchase of our engraved medical ID includes our exclusive Emergency Medical Card and protective Tyvek sleeve for you to add your medications, medical conditions, allergies, and other emergency information to carry with you. You can also take advantage of our optional, no obligation online medical registry to enjoy the following benefits:

  • Secure, easy-to-use online registry to complete your medical information
  • Update your information as frequently as you want
  • Clear and concise printed data saved on a credit card sized form
  • Includes a highly visible medical alert “Star of Life” Tyvek protective sleeve too securely carry your medical information!

The American College of Emergency Physicians advises people to “carry an emergency medical ID card or wear medical ID jewelry if they have a health condition, allergy, implanted device or if they are taking medications that might be life-threatening.”

If you or a loved one has a chronic health condition, then shop now and consider our Elite II USB Medical Alert ID Bracelets, dog tags or necklaces for the peace of mind you deserve.

EMC Information

Anything may be engraved on your medical jewelry provided that space allows. The order of our suggested engraving format would be:

1) First and Last Name

2) Date of Birth (DOB)

3) Medical Conditions

4) Life Threatening Medications (i.e. blood thinners)

5) Allergic to: _____________

6) Emergency Contacts (ICE: name, phone)

When placing your order our Engraving Preview tool will show you how your engraved message will appear on your medical jewelry.

Engraving your name on your medical ID is a personal preference but we recommend that at least your first name is included. In an emergency, emergency responders will say a person’s name to get their attention and check for responsiveness. We recommend that all Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other mentally compromised patients engrave their name and address or contact information of a friend, caregiver or family member.

List only those medical conditions that would be important in an emergency. For example, a minor surgery that took place several years ago may no longer be relevant to your current medical care.

List only medicines you wish to be engraved. Generally, this would be prescription medicine, taken on a long-term daily basis which are unlikely to change. You may wish to list the most important medicines first.

List only those allergies which are severe and can cause a life threatening event.

Space is limited, so summarize your information with short, descriptive words. We provide Emergency Medical Cards with every purchase that can include as much detail as you would like.

I love having all my medical info on an sd card on this bracelet. We travel and I feel safer knowing they can put the sd card into their computer and it will give them all my medical info. I also carry the paper card that you can print out the info from your computer on. If they can’t use the sd card then they can look at the paper version. There were step by step instructions on how to enter the info onto the sd card which made it very simple. I have wanted something for all my allergies for a very long time. I also wear it all the time and it says it is waterproof. I wear it in the shower and have check it to be sure it still works and it sure does. Thank you for making this. It is well worth the money I spent.

Got this for my mother who is getting on in years and whose medication list seems to be getting longer all the time. Waterproof so she never needs to take it off. Always has her medical information with her.

It works, just bulky to wear and I am not really sure how long it will last. Otherwise, it was easy to set up – change – and start wearing.

I’m still putting all my information on it, but I feel a little safer now that I know any doctor will be able to find my weird and extensive medical information quickly if I am incapacitated. It’s comfortable, and feels basically like a wristwatch. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a complex medical history and feels that he or she needs the peace of mind that comes with having everything summed up in a tiny USB drive that you wear on your wrist.

my dad loved this and so many of his friends and even his doctor likes it and now recommends it to all his patients as he now carries his medical file and medications he is on, doctor contacts and everything is uploaded. Every time he goes to doctor the doctor updates it.
