1) First and Last Name
2) Date of Birth (DOB)
3) Medical Conditions
4) Life Threatening Medications (i.e. blood thinners)
5) Allergic to: _____________
6) Emergency Contacts (ICE: name, phone)

Engraving your name on your medical ID is a personal preference but we recommend that at least your first name is included. In an emergency, emergency responders will say a person’s name to get their attention and check for responsiveness. We recommend that all Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other mentally compromised patients engrave their name and address or contact information of a friend, caregiver or family member.
List only those medical conditions that would be important in an emergency. For example, a minor surgery that took place several years ago may no longer be relevant to your current medical care.
List only medicines you wish to be engraved. Generally, this would be prescription medicine, taken on a long-term daily basis which are unlikely to change. You may wish to list the most important medicines first.
List only those allergies which are severe and can cause a life threatening event.
Space is limited, so summarize your information with short, descriptive words. We provide Emergency Medical Cards with every purchase that can include as much detail as you would like.

I really like the idea of having 2GB of space to put important medical information. I am able to put alot of medication information in small place. I am able to put the most detrimental issues I have on the plate and also tell EMS that there is so much more information on the USB. I have shown this to my local EMS unit and they love the idea of this product and would like to see more of these in their response area. They have asked me to come in and show the whole service and teach them how to get the info out of the USB. It is so very easy to use. I would recommend this product to everyone who needs a Medical Alert Bracelet.

I bought this for my dad. Works great. Couple of things to keep in mind. Dad loves it and shows it to his friends. This is adorable. However, he is unable to get it on and off by himself. I’m not sure if this is a dexterity issue or a cognitive processing issue (same issue with the car seat belt), but be aware that you may need to help them get it on and off. This is a wonderful product and allows you to load large amounts of medical data (I have it in both Excel and pdf formats) easily. He can shower with it on, and the nurses are helpful in removing it before x-rays, etc. Updating the files is quite literally a drag and drop process that takes a couple of seconds on your home computer. It is nice that you can custom engrave the medications onto the chip that comes with it. It makes my father feel safer, and for that I am grateful.

Great product, received in time. Allows you to fill out your medical info to be engraved as soon as I purchase it, right on the page when you select to buy it. Pull the engravments and USB from back side was not a problem. I’ve worn it swinging in a salt pool and showered without any issues. It’s also nice looking bracket.

This item was exactly as described. The only thing that would have been nice to see before purchase was how thick the body is. With the jump stick and med info the body is about 3/4″ thick. However it is comfortable to wear.
