In an emergency, your medical ID wallet card can provide first responders with critical and actionable information allowing for a quick and proper assessment.
Having access to your medical conditions, medications, allergies and other pertinent health history is vital when you’re unable to speak for yourself.
Having multiple medical ID cards is the easiest way to provide your medical information to caretakers and family members.
Our medical cards are designed to fit in your wallet. Being credit card size, they measure 2 ¼” by 3 ½” and are formatted with six panels for listing up to:
- 18 Medications
- 12 Drug Allergies
- 9 Food, Insect & Other Allergies
- 4 Medical Conditions and space to write information, such as your primary care provider or medical device numbers.
- 3 In Case of Emergency Contacts (ICE)
- 13 Lines for personal information including blood type & organ donor status.
To avoid any smearing on the coated finish of the card we suggest writing your medical information using a standard ball point pen or fine point permanent marker. Do not use a gel ink pen as this ink may smear before drying thoroughly.
