4) Life Threatening Medications (i.e. blood thinners)

5) Allergic to: _____________

6) Emergency Contacts (ICE: name, phone)

We recommend that all Alzheimer’s, Dementia and other mentally compromised patients engrave their name and address or contact information of a friend, caregiver or family member.

List only those medical conditions that would be important in an emergency. For example, a minor surgery that took place several years ago may no longer be relevant to your current medical care.

List only medicines you wish to be engraved. Generally, this would be prescription medicine, taken on a long-term daily basis which are unlikely to change. You may wish to list the most important medicines first.

List only those allergies which are severe and can cause a life threatening event.

    Good for multiple allergies

    Samantha J.

I searched and searched for a medical ID bracelet that had enough room to inscribe multiple allergies. This one is able to hold a lot of content and fairly comfortable to wear.

    Weldon A

I needed a medical bracelet that would hold a lot of information and this was the perfect solution. A little bulky but needed to take a lot of info relative to other bracelets. Easy to adjust

We had a bit of trouble adjusting the size for my son’s wrist. Once we finally figured it out, he said it was comfortable and wore it the whole time he was in France. Now if he would only wear it everyday at school.

Quick delivery. Quality product. Fastening system secure, but somewhat challenging to initially cut and secure correctly. But, once secure, it is really secure.

So consumed by what I needed to go on the bracelet I failed to notice the size. The clasp on this medical bracelet is heavy so choose less lines if you are a woman or child. I am impressed with the overall affect however.

Received item, packed well. Works fine but if you wear for a long time and sweat much it does stink.

I like this bracelet. My only minor unexpected surprise is its size; this is NOT a petit bracelet that will go unnoticed in your daily interactions with others. I used to wear a “sports” medical ID that was the half the size of this. The problem with the sports bracelet was the engraved-info piece kept falling off and replacing it was $25. We’ll see how secure and durable this one is over time.

I’m 63 so not easy to read as to get everything on the bracelet the print has to be very small. The band comes very large and you’re to cut off the excess. Problem is that I have extremely small wrists so have to wear it too big in order to keep the medic alert emblem partially visible which is on the back instead of the front near the engravable plate.
